If you're seeing this page, it is because you are using an older web browser that does not properly support Cascading Style Sheets. While this may be an minor inconvenience, I have decided that fully supporting older web browsers such as Netscape 4.x and Internet Explorer 3.0 is no longer worth the effort. Techniques for web design are changing. Complex table-based page layouts, which were a necessity in older browsers, are being replaced with efficient and simpler CSS-based layouts.

The approach I have taken enables you to view the entire site, but without the two-column layout and certain other stylistic niceties. I believe that this is an acceptable compromise to allow users with older browsers to use the site, while implementing a forward-looking design.
